We just got back from a great weekend in Beloit, surrounded by family and friends! We ate at the Speakeasy in Janesville, but the service was awful. Food was good, but they really lack in total customer service. It kinda puts things into perspective more with my business. If you fail the customer, then you fail your business. My wife, Melanie, was involved in a wicked accident this past Thurday. She lost control on an icy bridge on US Hwy 41 in Neenah. The car (a Chev Trailblazer) rolled and hit a guardrail at 65mph. She was trapped for over 45 minutes and had to be extricated. Luckily....and amazingly....she walked away with only a bruised ankle.
